  • Series by Marriott: Marriott’s new regional brand for the midscale and upscale segments launched with a founding deal affiliating India’s Fern portfolio.
  • citizenM: Marriott recently completed the acquisition of lifestyle brand citizenM, a unique and innovative offering in the select-service segment. This transaction is expected to accelerate Marriott’s global expansion of select-service and lifestyle lodging offerings.
  • Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy: Last year Marriott announced a long-term licensing agreement with Sonder Holdings Inc. Sonder’s portfolio primarily consists of apartment-style accommodations in urban markets, and the agreement added over 9,000 rooms and approximately 1,700 pipeline rooms by year-end 2024.
